My workshops are designed as welcoming, creative spaces where people can slow down, connect, and express themselves freely. Rooted in my artistic practice and the philosophy behind Water Yourself, each session invites participants to explore the connection between self and nature through playful, hands-on art-making.
I guide participants through painting, mixed media, and textured techniques using materials like acrylics, paper, ribbon, and found elements. There is no pressure for perfection my approach embraces bold brushstrokes, expressive marks, and imperfections as part of our shared human experience. Whether someone is a beginner or experienced, everyone is encouraged to trust their intuition and create from a place of authenticity.
The atmosphere is relaxed, social, and a little silly at times like a creative lounge where people can unwind, meet others, and tap into their inner world. Music, conversation, and storytelling often flow naturally, making each workshop feel like both a personal and collective experience.
More than just making art, my workshops are about self-reflection, healing, and joy. Participants leave not only with a finished piece, but with a deeper sense of connection to themselves and a reminder to nurture their own growth—just like tending to a living, blooming thing.
